Choice Rewards Terms
How our free loyalty program works: earning and using points, tiers and expiry.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Choice Rewards is the free loyalty program of licendeals.com, run by Licendeals LTD (“we”, “us”). These terms explain how it works. They form part of our Terms and Conditions; if there is a conflict about Choice Rewards, these terms apply. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights. All amounts in these terms are in US dollars (US$).
1. Who takes part
Every customer with a licendeals.com account is automatically a member, at no cost. You must be 18 or over, and only one account per person can collect points. Orders placed as a guest (without an account) do not earn points.
Everyone starts in the Silver tier with 0 points. Only orders placed after the program launched on 28 September 2026 count: earlier orders do not earn points and do not count towards your tier.
2. Earning points
- You earn points on every order placed with your account, once the order is marked Completed. Until then, they appear as pending in My Account > Choice Rewards.
- Points are calculated on the price you pay for the products, after any discounts (for example a coupon or the crypto payment discount) and excluding taxes. They are rounded down to the nearest whole point.
- The number of points you earn per US$1 depends on your tier when you place the order:
- Silver: qualifying spend of US$0 to US$999.99, 1 point per US$1.
- Gold: qualifying spend of US$1,000 to US$4,999.99, 1.5 points per US$1.
- Platinum: qualifying spend of US$5,000 or more, 2 points per US$1.
- Your qualifying spend is the total you have paid for orders placed with your account since 28 September 2026, minus any refunds. You move up a tier as soon as your qualifying spend reaches the next level, and the new rate applies to orders you place after that. Your tier can go down if an order is cancelled or refunded. It does not change when points expire.
3. Using points
- 100 points = US$1 off a future order.
- You need at least 500 points (US$5) to use them, and you must use at least 500 points on an order.
- Points can cover up to 15% of your cart subtotal (the price of the products, excluding taxes). For example, to use 500 points your subtotal must be at least US$33.34.
- You can’t use points on an order that has a coupon, or when you pay with a payment method that has its own discount (currently, cryptocurrency payments through Cryptomus). You still earn points on those orders.
- To use your points, log in and apply them in the Choice Rewards box in your cart or at checkout. They are deducted from your balance when you place the order.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, we remove the points it earned. If only part of an order is refunded, we remove the points earned on the refunded part.
- If you used points on an order that is cancelled, fails or is refunded in full, we return those points to your balance. If only part of it is refunded, we refund the part you paid with money and return the part you paid with points to your balance.
- If you have already used points that we need to remove, your balance will not go below zero, but we may deduct the difference from points you earn later.
- If a payment is disputed or reversed (chargeback), we may remove the points that order earned.
5. When points expire
- Your points expire if there is no activity on your balance for 12 months. Activity means earning points on a completed order or using points on an order. When points expire, your whole balance expires.
- We will email you 14 days before your points expire, at the email address in your account. You can also see the expiry date at any time in My Account > Choice Rewards.
- Expired points cannot be restored, unless they expired because of our mistake.
6. What points are
Points are a discount on future orders at licendeals.com. They have no cash value, and they cannot be exchanged for money, sold, transferred to another person or account, or combined with points from another account, except where the law requires otherwise. If you close your account, your points are cancelled, so please use them first.
7. Fraud, abuse and mistakes
We may cancel points, correct your tier or suspend your use of points if we reasonably believe that points were earned or used through fraud, abuse or a mistake, or in breach of these terms or our Terms and Conditions: for example, collecting points with more than one account, placing orders to collect points and then cancelling or refunding them, or taking advantage of a technical error. If points are credited to you by mistake, we can correct your balance. We will tell you what we did and why, and you can contact us if you disagree.
8. Changes to the program
We may change these terms or the program, for example because the law changes, to prevent fraud or abuse, to correct an error, or because the costs or needs of the program change (such as how many points you earn, the tiers, what points are worth or how you can use them). If a change is to your disadvantage, we will tell you by email and on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect, and until then you can use your points under the current terms. Changes to your advantage can take effect straight away.
We may end the program. If we do, we will tell you by email and on this page at least 3 months in advance, and you can use your points until the end date, unless the law requires us to end it sooner. We may also pause the program for a short time for technical reasons.
9. Your information and questions
We use your Choice Rewards information as explained in our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, contact us at support@licendeals.com.
