Model Cancellation Form

The form you can use to cancel an order. It's optional: a clear message is enough.

If you want to cancel your order, you can use this form, but you don’t have to: an email, a letter or a message by chat or WhatsApp that clearly says you want to cancel is enough. When and how you can cancel is explained on our Right to cancel page.

How to use it

  • Copy the text below into an email to support@licendeals.com, or print it and send it by post to the address in the form.
  • Fill in your order number, the licenses you want to cancel, the date of your order, your name and your address.
  • Delete the options that don’t apply (the ones marked [*]).
  • Licenses that have already been revealed can’t be cancelled.

What happens next

We will reply to confirm that we have received your cancellation. If you are entitled to cancel, we will refund you within 14 days, using the payment method you used, without any fees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
