These apply to every license we sell, whatever its type.
| Delivery | Right after your payment is confirmed, we email you a secure link to your license. You can also find it in your account. |

| No rush to reveal it | Your license stays safely stored until you click Get my license, the same day or months later. Only reveal it when you are ready to activate it. |
| 24 hours to activate | From the moment you reveal a license, you have 24 hours to activate it or, if it doesn’t work, to tell us. If a license doesn’t work, tell us within 24 hours of revealing it and we will replace it right away. If you do neither within those 24 hours, our warranty no longer applies. MAK Volume Licenses have 30 days instead of 24 hours. |
| Refunds | Within 30 days of your purchase, as long as you haven’t revealed the license. Once it’s revealed, it can’t be refunded, unless the law of your country requires it. BIND Licenses are the exception: they can’t be cancelled or refunded, whether or not they have been revealed, unless the law of your country requires it. |

RETAIL License
One key activates the software once, online, right inside the app.

A volume key for businesses: one key activates every device you order.

| 30 days to use it | MAK Volume Licenses have 30 days instead of 24 hours. From the moment you reveal the key, you have 30 days to use all its activations or, if it doesn’t work, to tell us. If the key doesn’t work, tell us within those 30 days and we will replace it right away. If the 30 days pass and you haven’t told us that it doesn’t work, the activations you haven’t used are no longer covered by our warranty. |

You get a username and a password, no key needed.
| What you get | A ready-to-use Office 365 account: a username and a password. It is an account, not a product key. |

| Good to know | Adobe plans can’t be activated in some countries. Check the product page before you buy, and don’t use a VPN to activate them. Autodesk plans are the educational version of the software: see the product page for details. |

Not sure which one to choose?
- One computer, and you don’t plan to reinstall: a RETAIL License.
- You want to reinstall Office or move it to a new computer later: a BIND License. BIND Licenses can’t be refunded, unless the law of your country requires it.
