Right to Cancel

How and when you can cancel an order, and what happens when you do.

This page explains when and how you can cancel an order and what happens when you do. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Our warranty is explained on our Warranty page, and delivery and refunds in our Order, Delivery and Refund policy.

In short

  • Your license stays safely stored until you click Get my license. Only reveal it when you are ready to activate it.
  • Licenses you haven’t revealed can be refunded within 30 days of your purchase, except BIND Licenses.
  • Once a license is shown, your right to cancel ends and it can no longer be refunded.
  • BIND Licenses can’t be cancelled or refunded, whether or not they have been revealed, except where the law of your country requires it.
  • To cancel, email support@licendeals.com, reply to your order email, or message us by chat or WhatsApp.

Your legal right to cancel

If you are a consumer, the law of your country may give you the right to cancel an online purchase. If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, this is how it works:

Right to cancel. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, which is the day we email you to confirm your order.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Licendeals LTD, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom; support@licendeals.com; WhatsApp +44 7482 722254) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (for example, an email, a letter sent by post or a message by chat or WhatsApp). You may use our model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you for the licenses you cancel. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. How refunds work with other currencies and cryptocurrency is explained in “How we refund you” in our Order, Delivery and Refund policy.

If you live in another country, the law of your country may give you a similar right, with a different period. Where it does, you keep that right.

When your right to cancel ends

All our licenses are digital content delivered electronically. Your license is supplied to you when you click Get my license and it is shown. Before you click, you confirm that you want it delivered immediately and that you understand that, once it is shown, you will lose your legal right to cancel and it can no longer be refunded. When it is shown, your right to cancel ends, and we send you an email confirming this. We keep a record of each reveal as proof of delivery (see “Proof of Delivery” in our Order, Delivery and Refund policy).

If you bought several units. You can reveal them a few at a time. Each reveal is a separate delivery: you confirm it each time, only for the licenses you are revealing, and we send you a confirmation each time. Licenses you haven’t revealed are not affected. Units that share the same license key are revealed together, so the right to cancel ends for all of them at the same time (see “Duplicate licenses” in our Order, Delivery and Refund policy).

Our 30-day refund for licenses you haven’t revealed

In addition to your legal right to cancel, you can ask for a full refund of any license you haven’t revealed within 30 days of your purchase, wherever you live. This applies to all licenses except BIND Licenses. If you bought several units, it applies to each unit you haven’t revealed.

BIND Licenses

A BIND License is linked to your Microsoft account. We do not accept cancellations or refunds of BIND Licenses, whether or not they have been revealed, except where the law of your country requires us to. If a BIND License doesn’t work, tell us within 24 hours of revealing it and we will replace it right away.

Remote installation service

You can cancel our remote installation service for a full refund at any time before your session starts. When you book it, you ask us to carry it out at the agreed time, even if that is within the legal cancellation period. Once the session has been completed, you can no longer cancel it; if you cancel during the session, you pay only for the part already done. If we can’t complete the installation, we refund the service in full. If the license it was for is cancelled or refunded before the session, or is refunded later because it doesn’t work and we can’t replace it, we also refund the service. How to cancel

Tell us clearly that you want to cancel, and which order and licenses: email support@licendeals.com, reply to your order email, or message us by chat or WhatsApp. You can use our model cancellation form, but you don’t have to. Please include your order number if you can.

Your statutory rights

This page and our 30-day refund are in addition to the rights the law of your country gives you, and do not limit them. Your statutory rights are not affected.
