Official downloads for every product we sell. The links go to the manufacturer's servers, and our Office installers download Office from Microsoft.
Windows
Windows 11 and Windows 10
One official ISO from Microsoft includes every edition. Your license key activates the edition you bought.

Microsoft Office
Office, Project, Visio, Access and Outlook
These links download the installer directly from Microsoft’s servers (officecdn.microsoft.com). We don’t host or change these files.
The file is a disc image (.img) of 4 to 5 GB with the 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Double-click it to open it, run Setup and then activate with your license key.
Office LTSC and MAK
Office LTSC and volume licenses
Our installer contains Microsoft’s Office Deployment Tool (digitally signed by Microsoft) and a settings file. Office itself downloads directly from Microsoft’s servers, in the same language as Windows.

Double-click the .iso file to open it and run the “Install Office” file inside. When Windows asks, click Run and then Yes (Verified publisher: Microsoft Corporation). Then activate Office with your license key.
Windows Server
Windows Server
Download from the Microsoft Evaluation Center (official website). Microsoft provides Windows Server there as an evaluation version: after installing it, you convert it to the full version with the license key you bought from us. Install the same edition you bought, with Desktop Experience, and convert it before making the server a domain controller.

Microsoft asks you to fill in a short form before the download starts.
To convert it, open Command Prompt as administrator and run this command with your license key:
DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula
For Datacenter, write ServerDatacenter instead of ServerStandard. For Essentials, run these two commands instead:
slmgr /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXslmgr /ato
Restart the server when it asks you to.
SQL Server
SQL Server
Download from the Microsoft Evaluation Center (official website). Microsoft provides SQL Server there as the Evaluation edition: after installing it, you upgrade it to the edition you bought with your license key (SQL Server Installation Center > Maintenance > Edition Upgrade). This works on stand-alone installations, not on failover clusters.

RDS CALs
No download needed
RDS CALs don’t have their own installer: you add them to your server. Install the Remote Desktop Licensing role, activate the license server and install your CALs in Remote Desktop Licensing Manager.
Your license server must run the same version of Windows Server as your CALs, or a later one.
BIND and Office 365
Download from your Microsoft account
Your BIND License is linked to your Microsoft account, so you download and install it from that account:
- Go to office.com/setup, sign in with your Microsoft account and enter your product key. Once linked, it can’t be moved to another account.
- Go to account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same account.
- Find your product and click Install. To choose the language or the 32-bit or 64-bit version, use Other options.
- Run the file you downloaded. It installs and activates with your account.
On a Mac, do steps 2 to 4 on the Mac: Microsoft gives you the Mac installer.
You can reinstall it from the same account at any time.
Office 365 Family and Personal
You don’t need a product key: you install the apps from the account you receive from us.
- Go to office.com and sign in with the email and password you receive. Change the password when asked and keep it somewhere safe: if you forget it, the account can’t be recovered.
- On the home page, click Install and then Install Microsoft 365 apps.
- Run the file you downloaded. Office installs and activates with your account.
Do it on the computer where you want to use Office: Microsoft gives you the Windows or the Mac installer.
Adobe and Autodesk
Adobe and Autodesk
You download them from your own account with the manufacturer.
